Kind of unique for me as after a few years in business I am searching for a company I could help grow. My approach is highly business-oriented and client-centric, with experience in strategy, budgeting, hiring, technical DD, vendor management, quality, process and product development. I've worked in multinational, remote, and distributed teams.
I'm based in Poland and am looking for a fully remote role, though I'm open to occasional travel and office visits across Europe.
