Additional Notes
I’m prepared to take on two types of projects/roles (both to be performed on a contract basis). I typically work remotely but can definitely be on-site as necessary.
1. Complete Project –
Most of the engagements I take on are “project-based” where I manage the entire project from design to delivery. Although, I serve as primary client liaison and have responsibility for discovery, design, and definition, I typically entrust delivery to external development resources. After years in the LA tech scene, I’ve developed close relationships with many of the best product development and engineering talent (both in LA as well as in Latin America) from which I draw from on product delivery. On a project basis, I can accommodate both fresh builds as well as enhancements (preferred) and my primary areas of expertise/interest are:
· E-Commerce
· Ad Tech, Digital Marketing
· Consumer Platforms
· SaaS Platforms
· Web & Mobile Applications
· Enterprise Systems (CRM, ERP, etc)
· Data, BI, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI
2. Specific Role –
Based on my experience and current skill-set, I can be VERY effective “filling in” for any of the following roles:

· Product Manager
· Project Manager / Scrum Master / Agile Coach
