Pear seeks to recruit a VP, Engineering who will leading all aspects of software engineering and be responsible for setting the vision and roadmap to align with the larger corporate strategy. This executive will bring a passion for building scalable, sustainable software and be part of a company with a global impact on the future of treatment. He / she will build a top-performing team of engineers (~100) and partner with business leaders to support cross-functional collaboration and innovation. The role reports to the Chief Product Development Officer and is ideally based in San Francisco or Boston.
