CareMessage is looking for a VP Engineering to help us accomplish the following goals:
Engineering leadership; coach, mentor and help grow a high caliber group of engineers (both junior and senior level engineers)
Drive world class execution and predictable delivery of our product releases
Organize the team with strong engineering process and project management built for sustainability
Attract and retain top tier talent, including experienced individual contributors and over time, an Engineering Manager to manage and grow junior engineers
Partner with Daniel (technical lead) in implementing/scaling new product innovations and supporting our high standard for technical excellence/quality
In addition to the functional responsibilities above, we expect this person to drive impact for CareMessage more broadly as a company in addition to being a champion for our values
