The Sr. Systems Engineer is responsible for the integration and implementation of the infrastructure. He/She will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. The task involves junior-level troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners.
Skills Required
have 3+ years of experience as a System Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role, have at least 1 year of Project Management experience, have familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, have working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
