Partner Success Manager




Partner Success Managers are tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with Authvia’s strategic partners in the messaging, ISV and payment industries. The position is assigned the responsibility of maximizing customer satisfaction, ensuring success in launching integrated solutions, and driving adoption of Authvia products within the partner’s customer base. This role will be the primary lead on critical partnerships, ensuring robust relationships remain strategically aligned by setting and achieving financial performance goals, merchant sign up and usage objectives.

Skills Required

Minimum 5 years of channel account management experience Applicable work experience in Fintech, Payments, CPaaS, SaaS or messaging Ability to work autonomously and with a team Comfortable building and monitoring operational and financial plans
