• Provide a 5 Star WOW experience as a frontline representative of Cie and our startup partners
• Review resumes and provide feedback/insights on potential candidates for all company requisitions
• Phone screen candidates, document detailed notes, update candidate profiles and distribute information via applicant tracking system (Lever)
• Source candidates through passive candidate outreach, social media, and candidate databases/public resume repositories
• Create strategies (staffing plans and sourcing strategies)
• Build relationships with candidates and provide them a world-class candidate experience
• Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry and advise the executive and recruiting team on when and whom we should be recruiting and why
• Dive deep into our recruiting data to understand trends and opportunities
• Think big about how to attract talent and then put plans in place to deliver on your ideas
• Partner with your peers, fellow junior recruiter, HR business partner, executives within our various startups, and hiring managers throughout the company
