As our Head of People, you will build, improve, and manage Duffl’s HR processes throughout the Company, including, but not limited to, people management, compliance, and culture. You will serve as a generalist to create a safe, compliant and stimulating environment for all employees to thrive at, meaning you will partner closely with business leaders across multiple functions to create and implement new processes.
