Job Opening : Operations Manager of Singapore What you’ll do and your responsibilities: 1. Conduct Company policies and SOP that promote company commercial activities. 2. Implement business plans to achieve business goals and oversee store daily operations and business performance. 3. Market research and collect the change of business trend, customer requirement, competitor situation and loyalty program information to ensure the appropriate marketing and store operation plan. 4. Comply with employee career path plan to evaluate employee performance and manpower buffer; and design regional manpower development plan to propose the regional manpower arrangement proposal 5. Business Operation management with cross-department team work with Market, IT, HR, FA Dept. 6. Manage relationships with clients/business partners/vendors to sustain the smooth operation in business operation, courier, logistic 7. Cross function team work to develop and implement marketing plan to create the best brand awareness of Justkitchen. 8.
